Jaideep is the head of technology at iConnect. He has 21 years of experience in the IT industry with long stints in Europe and APAC. A software engineer at core he is the driving force behind iConnect’s product development and software consulting practices. With a great focus on quality of delivery, he believes that greatest qualities of an IT services company are, reliability and agility.
With over 20 years of rich experience in retail sector, project & people management, content & market research, Kishore is the governing & guiding hand for the team. Entrepreneur at heart, couldn’t resist this venture after his major stint with multinational company.
Shreedeep looks after the business development and operations functions at iConnect. He is responsible for the company’s go to market strategy and customer relationship initiatives. Shreedeep has 16 years of industry experience, is keenly interested in business management and likes to study various business models that he comes across.

We identify a Team Lead and developers & tester to form a team of 4-6 people. The Team Lead is primarily responsible for Each iteration/sprint. We can agree on a schedule and number of sprints required and a fair cost model is worked out based on this.
